This is probably my favorite way to have coffee in the morning! It’s so yummy and perfect for busy mornings because all the prep work is done before you go to bed for the night. If you are new to overnight oats, you are basically soaking the oats in milk overnight to create a cool creamy texture in the morning. Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts and this is the perfect healthy alternative!
Tiramisu Overnight Oats (serves 1)
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
3/4 c. non-dairy milk
10 drops liquid stevia, or your favorite sweetener
1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. rum extract
Combine and stir all ingredients together in a bowl in the evening and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, all you have to do is stir again and you are ready to eat. Enjoy!
