Sweet potato fries are my favorite and they are so easy to make. It took me a little while to figure out what seasonings I like best, but this combo is definitely my favorite.
Oil-free sweet potato fries
3-4 large sweet potatoes, or however many you are wanting to make
Preheat to 425 degrees. Scrub potatoes and trim the ends off. I leave the skin on my potatoes and I cut along the equator and then slice into wedges. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle seasonings over potatoes. You may need to toss them with wet hands first so the seasonings will stick.
Then toss seasoned potatoes to evenly distribute seasonings. Layer potatoes in a single layer and bake for 20 min. Flip potatoes over and bake another 20 min. If you want them extra crispy you can broil for another 5 min. Enjoy!
