Here is our favorite healthy ranch dressing. Ranch is typically made with a mayo base and even if you use vegan mayo it is loaded in oil which will damage your arteries. So I like to use non-dairy yogurt instead! It’s still super creamy and flavorful. My favorite yogurt to use is Silk plain soy yogurt. This dressing is low-fat and so quick and easy to make. It is best with fresh dill, but dried works just fine.
1 1/3 c. plain non-dairy yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt, depending on personal taste and yogurt used
Add all ingredients into a small bowl and simply stir until combined. Great for salads or wraps!
